At this time, the GAPOA only accepts check

Your annual GAPOA Property Assessment is paid in advance of the upcoming calendar year.
The GAPOA Annual HOA fee is $400 for each property/lot/plot, which is due by or before the GAPOA Annual Meeting (third Saturday in January of each year)

• If you have not paid on time, a delinquent HOA Members list may be publicly posted on this site.
• The annual assessment is considered late (and a $50 late fee is charged) if not received by March 31st. 

Payments via Check

• Write Your Property Address, contact phone number and Email address on the check.
• Make Your Check Payable to “GAPOA”
• If you are up -to-date and Paying Before March 31st, make Your Check out for $400.
• If you are not sure about what you owe, please email the GAPOA bookkeeper, David Johnson, at gapoabookkeeper@gmail.com
