The Grapetree Area Property Owners Association Inc., GAPOA, is managed by an all volunteer group of property owners. You can volunteer to be a Committee Member, Director, or Officer.
If you can help, please check our website’s Events Section for more information on upcoming opportunities to volunteer. Not only are you helping out your community, but you’ll be having fun with your St. Croix neighbors as well.
GAPOA Committees:
Architectural Review Committee
The GAPOA Architectural Review Committee evaluates members’ construction drawings for adherence to the appropriate covenants and restrictions of each estate.
Beach Committee
The GAPOA Beach Committee performs semi-annual clean-ups along the beaches within our Association’s five estates.
Collections Committee
The GAPOA Collections Committee works with members to collect unpaid assessments.
Communications Committee
The GAPOA Communication Committee seeks to improve communications between the association and the over three hundred member properties it represents.
Legal Committee
The GAPOA Legal Committee offers their informal opinion on legal matters and advises the board when locally licensed legal counsel should be retained for formal advice and for representation in court or before government agencies.
Nominating Committee
The GAPOA Nominating Committee identifies members who are interested in serving on the board of directors.
Road Committee
The GAPOA Road Committee is responsible for evaluating, repairing, and improving the private road and right-of-way system.
