You may appoint an officer or board member or any member of the GAPOA who is in good standing to vote on your behalf. Proxies must have an appointee to be valid. NO PROXY WILL BE RECOGNIZED UNLESS ALL UNDERSIGNED ASSESSMENTS ARE PAID THROUGH THE 2026 CALENDAR YEAR. The undersigned appoints the person named below as the proxy of the undersigned with the powers of substitution to vote and otherwise represent all lots of the undersigned at the annual meeting of GAPOA, Inc. to be held on 01/17/2026 and any other adjournment thereof, with the same effect as if the undersigned were present.
